Ingredients
1 slice meatloaf, cut 3/4-inch thick
2 teaspoons olive oil (divided)
2 slices of toasted white bread
1 teaspoon of grainy mustard
1 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon ketchup
1 slice of monterey jack cheese

Directions
Start by taking the white bread and spread 1 side of the bread with mustard and the other slice with ketchup. Brown the meat loaf slice on bothside by adding 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a pan (medium heat). After it’s browned, place the meatloaf on the mustard side of the bread then put cheese then the ketchup sided toast. Heat the remaining by adding butter in the pan. Grill the sandwich over medium heat on both sides until it’s golden.
